Trolley CAIS SPEED MEK made of galvanized steel with 8 metal wheels, suitable for sliding gates.
- The trolley fits C-profile 95x86x5mm Fe,
- and C-profile 95x86x5mm Zn.
The trolley is offset (asymmetrical), meaning that its wheels are positioned at the edge of the base rather than in the center. It is particularly suitable when installing a sliding gate that closes uphill, but the C-profile is not underneath; it is attached to the side of the gate body in a horizontal plane.
The trolley’s pivoting movement ensures the gate’s weight/load is evenly distributed across all the bearing rollers of the trolleys at every point during gate movement.
ANCHORING THE SUPPORT TROLLEYS OF A CANTILEVER GATE:
The support trolleys can be anchored:
- to threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into an existing, cured concrete foundation
- to drive-in anchors into an existing, cured concrete foundation
The mounting plate holes have a narrowest dimension of 17mm, and are anchored using M16. All methods are valid; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
