Trolley CAIS SPEED M MAX 14 made of galvanized steel with 14 metal wheels, suitable for cantilever gates with a clear opening width of up to 10.
The trolley fits C-profile 95x86x5mm Fe, and also C-profile 95x86x5mm Zn
Most importantly, though, it fits the special STAGE MZ 420 STRONG C-profile which is made from S420-grade steel. Combined with this reinforced C-profile, the trolley is suitable for large, heavy gates (see the usage table below).
The trolley's pivoting movement ensures the gate's weight/load is evenly distributed across all the trolley's bearing rollers at every point during gate movement.
ANCHORING THE CANTILEVER GATE SUPPORT TROLLEYS:
The support trolleys can be anchored:
- to threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into an existing, cured concrete foundation
- to hammer-in anchors into an existing, cured concrete foundation
The mounting plate holes have a minimum dimension of 17mm, and are anchored using an M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
