CAIS SPEED SE trolley made of galvanized steel with 8 metal wheels, suitable for sliding gates.
- The trolley fits C-profile 73×61×3,5mm Fe,
- and C-profile 73×61×3,5mm Zn
The trolley's pivoting movement ensures the gate's weight/load is evenly distributed across all the trolley's bearing rollers at every moment during gate movement.
ANCHORING THE SUPPORT TROLLEYS OF A CANTILEVER GATE:
The support trolleys can be anchored:
- using threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- using threaded rods chemically bonded into an existing, cured concrete foundation
- using hammer-in anchors into an existing, cured concrete foundation
The mounting plate holes have a minimum width of 17mm, and are anchored using M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
