CAIS SPEED S carriage made of galvanized steel with 8 metal wheels, suitable for sliding gates.
- The carriage fits into C-profile 73×61×3,5mm Fe,
- and into C-profile 73×61×3,5mm Zn.
The carriage’s ability to pivot ensures the gate’s weight/load is evenly distributed across all the bearing rollers of the carriages at every point in the gate’s movement.
Anchoring the support carriages of a cantilever gate:
The support carriages can be anchored:
- using threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- using threaded rods chemically bonded into an existing, cured concrete foundation
- using hammer-in anchors into an existing, cured concrete foundation
The mounting plate holes have a narrowest dimension of 17mm, and are anchored using an M16. . All the methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have had the best experience with.
