Description of CAIS Trolley for C-profile 140x140x6mm, 8 SPEED L rollers
Trolley CAIS SPEED L made of galvanized steel with 8 metal wheels, suitable for sliding gates.
- The trolley fits 140x140x6mm C-profile Fe, and 140x140x6mm C-profile Zn.
The trolley’s pivoting action ensures the gate’s weight/load is evenly distributed across all the trolley’s bearing rollers at every point during gate movement.
ANCHORING THE CANTILEVER GATE SUPPORT TROLLEYS:
The support trolleys can be anchored:
- to threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into a cured concrete foundation
- to hammer-in anchors in a cured concrete foundation
The holes in the mounting plates have a minimum width of 17mm, and are secured with M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
