Carriage CAIS SPEED LK made of galvanized steel with 8 metal wheels, suitable for sliding gates.
- The carriage fits C-profile 140x140x6mm Fe, and C-profile 140x140x6mm Zn.
The carriage is offset (asymmetrical), which means that its wheels are positioned at the edge of the base rather than in the center. It is particularly suitable when installing a sliding gate that closes on a slope, with the C-profile mounted horizontally on the side of the gate rather than underneath it.
The carriage's pivoting action ensures that the weight/pressure of the gate is evenly distributed across all the bearing rollers in the carriages at every point during gate movement.
ANCHORING THE SUPPORT CARRIAGES OF A CANTILEVER GATE:
The support carriages can be anchored:
- to threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into an already cured concrete foundation
- to hammer-in anchors into an already cured concrete foundation
The mounting plate holes have a minimum width of 17mm, and are anchored using M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
