Set of screws and rivet nuts for mounting
CAIS KIT BENEFITS AND FEATURES
- Easy to assemble thanks to carefully designed details, and quick to install by bolting the C-profile to the structure, eliminating the need to weld the C-profile.
- Fixing screws and rivet nuts are included for attaching the C-profile to the structure through the holes in the C-profile, spaced at least 400mm apart.
- The hot-dip galvanized C-profile (270g/m2), marked with a serial number and 100% tested with the roller carriages, is accurate to a tee.
- High-quality roller carriage bearings. The centers of the carriage wheels are drilled, not laser-cut.
- Tested from -37°C to +50°C
- German steel. Japanese robots. Made in the Czech Republic.

The kit is suitable for a clear opening width of up to 8m and a total gate weight of 700 kg. The following drawing shows dimensions for example clear opening widths, along with suggested suitable structural profiles.
