Aluminium profile with a Light Oak LUVIA wood-effect finish with a textured surface, can be used as infill for a fence, a gate, or any other area. The box section has a square cross-section, with a height of 80 mm, a width of 40 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The profile is available in 2 m, 3 m or 6 m lengths.
Compared with dull anthracite, the LUVIA finish gives a fence the warm, luxurious look of wood. The combination of anthracite and a wood-effect finish is also modern, timeless and very popular.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water and weathering and offers a long service life. The profiles are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture, and the wood-effect finish is applied by sublimation in Light Oak LUVIA.
This finish features a modern appearance,, long service life, lasting colour retention and UV resistance.. It is designed for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
No maintenance is required.
Please note:
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for clamping during painting.. At the end of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can easily be trimmed or concealed inside a mounting profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws. The profiles can also be welded, but the painted layer must first be removed at the weld location, which may affect the appearance of the finished product. Using screws also makes it easy to dismantle the assembly and replace individual parts when making adjustments or repairing damage.
