Description of All-metal adjustable trolley, 10 rollers, with mounting plate
Adjustable, all-metal articulated trolley for oversized sliding gates. Suitable for gates with a clear opening width of 7.5 m to 12 m. It can also be used for gates with a clear opening width of up to 7.5 m that weigh more than 600 kg. The trolley is supplied with a mounting plate included.
- Variant V-15-1 fits C-profile 80x80x5 mm FE and C-profile 80x80x5 mm ZN
The ability to adjust the trolley allows you to fine-tune the gate’s angle and ensure smooth operation (including in relation to the terrain or the slope of the driveway).
The trolley’s articulation ensures the gate’s weight/pressure is distributed evenly across all the bearing rollers on the trolleys at every point in the gate’s movement.

Anchoring the support trolleys of a cantilever gate:
The support trolleys can be anchored:
- to threaded rods that you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into a fully cured concrete foundation
- to hammer-in anchors into a fully cured concrete foundation
The narrowest dimension of the holes in the mounting plates is 19mm, they are anchored with M18. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
