Description of Adjustable swing trolley, 9 plastic rollers with mounting plate
Adjustable pivoting carriage for sliding gates. Suitable for gates with a passage width of up to 6.5 m and a maximum weight of 600 kg. The carriage is supplied with a mounting plate included in the price.
- Variant V-09-1 fits C-profile 80x80x5 mm FE and C-profile 80x80x5 mm ZN as well as C-profile 76x76x3 mm INOX
The option to adjust the carriage allows you to fine-tune the gate’s inclination and ensure smooth operation (also accounting for the terrain or slope across the passage).
The pivoting movement of the carriage ensures the gate’s weight and pressure are evenly distributed across all the carriage bearing rollers at every point during gate movement.

ANCHORING THE SUPPORT CARRIAGES OF A CANTILEVER GATE:
The support carriages can be anchored:
- to threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into a cured concrete foundation
- to drive-in anchors in a cured concrete foundation
The narrowest dimension of the holes in the mounting plates is 17mm, and they are anchored using M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have had the best experience with.
