Adjustable pivoting carriage for sliding gates.
- Variant V-11-1 fits C-profile 80x80x5 mm FE and C-profile 80x80x5 mm ZN as well as C-profile 76x76x3 mm INOX (nylon rollers only)
Option to adjust the carriage allows you to "fine-tune" the gate's inclination and thus ensure smooth operation (also in relation to the terrain or the slope across the passage).
The carriage's pivoting action ensures that the gate's weight/pressure is distributed evenly across all the bearing rollers on the carriages at every point in the gate's movement.
For your project, you can choose a version with nylon or metal rollers (only available with the version for C-profile 80x80x5). For quiet gate operation, we recommend the version with nylon rollers.

Anchoring the support carriages for a cantilever gate:
The support carriages can be anchored:
- using threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- using threaded rods chemically bonded into a cured concrete foundation
- using hammer-in anchors into a cured concrete foundation
The narrowest dimension of the holes in the mounting plates is 17mm, and they are anchored using M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have had the best experience with.
