Adjustable hinge with a rectangular mounting plate and locknut. The plate is designed for anchoring to a masonry or concrete post.
The hinge has an adjustment feature using a rotating nut. This adjustment lets you change the offset of the gate leaf from the post after installation. If the post the hinge is anchored to shifts over time (for example, due to frost), simply turn the nut with a wrench to adjust the hinges so the gate leaves are parallel.
The hinge is made of steel with a galvanised finish. The “U-shaped” piece that is welded to the gate has no surface treatment.
