Component kit for building a self-supporting sliding gate in the highest quality with highly reliable load-bearing bearings. The complete kit including the C-profile is surface-treated — hot-dip galvanized.

A heavy-duty C-shaped guide profile welded to the underside of the gate, allowing it to run on carriages anchored in a concrete foundation. The profile has a galvanized finish. C-profiles can be joined by welding.

The guide roller is mounted at the beginning of the C-profile and runs into the lower stop mounted on the closing post, relieving the gate when closed.

Run-off pocket mounted at the bottom of the gate stop post. Relieves the compressive and tensile forces acting on the roller carriages when the gate is closed.

The end cap for the sliding gate C-profile is fitted at the beginning and, if required, at the end of the guide C-profile. It slides into the C-profile and is secured to it with a clamping plate tightened with two screws.
