Aluminum profile with a finish in LUVIA Light Oak wood effect with a textured finish, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The box section has a square cross-section with a height of 40 mm, and a width of 40 mm with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The profile is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
Compared with dull anthracite, the LUVIA finish gives the fence the warm, luxurious look of wood.. The combination of anthracite and wood effect is also modern, timeless, and very popular.

FINISH:
Aluminum is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water, and weather and offers a long service life. The profiles are made from extruded aluminum to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The finish is applied by powder coating with a fine texture, followed by sublimation transfer of the wood-effect design LUVIA Light Oak.
This finish features a modern appearance,, a long service life, long-lasting colour retention, and UV stability.. It is intended for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.

The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during painting.. At the ends of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside a mounting profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws. The profiles can also be welded, but the coating must first be broken through at the weld point, which may affect the appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to dismantle and replace individual parts during modifications or if they are damaged.
