DIY sliding gate – Handlová
Components used:
SADA-01 Kit for building a cantilever sliding gate for an opening width of up to 4.5 m with side guide and nylon rollers
The installer built a manually operated cantilever gate. He cleverly improved it by welding on a handle, for easier operation.
Note on manually operated gates: when building a gate, it’s a good idea to install wiring or conduit in case you decide to automate it in the future. If you decide to automate the gate later, you won’t need to dig or drill anything; you’ll just need to install the operator.
