Load capacity of track wheels
The wheels in our range have mechanical dust protection on both sides. IBFM wheels comply with the UNI EN 13241-1 standard and are therefore CE-certified. They also meet the requirements of Annex VII of Directive 2006/42/CE (the Machinery Directive for partly completed machinery).
The load capacity and durability of the products are calculated for wheels that are bolted or welded in place and maintained in accordance with their use and the surrounding environmental conditions.
Load capacities of V-groove wheels are the same as the load capacities of U-groove wheels.
The table below shows the load capacities of all U-groove wheels. If you are choosing V-groove wheels, you can find a load capacity table in the description of each wheel.

Recessed wheel for bolting or welding
Wheels for welding have KZ in the product code, while wheels for bolting have KO in the product code.
