You can place an order:

Shopping Cart – Placing an Order

  1. On the www.fortamigo.com you can add products to your virtual Cart without registering. Products can be found in the menu on the left.
  2. Clicking a category in the left-hand menu displays the products in that category. You can open individual product pages to read their descriptions and add products to your Cart using the BUY.
  3. The status of your Cartis always displayed in the upper-right corner: the number of products added, their total price, and the delivery cost. You can also check the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking SHOPPING CART in the upper-right corner.
  4. Once you have added all the products you want to order to your Cartclick SHOPPING CARTor PLACE ORDER.
  5. In your cart, you can choose your payment and delivery methods.. After making your selection, click the red button CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT and enter your contact details. After entering your details, click the red button “SUBMIT ORDER".
  6. Your order has been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Delivery

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the delivery date. We always confirm delivery arrangements for goods weighing over 50 kg with you by email at [email protected] to find a suitable delivery date.

We deliver within 2 business days of order submission, including 6 m profiles and heavy orders.

Depending on your selection in the Cart your goods will be sent cash on delivery, or you can pay by bank transfer to our account. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. We do not charge higher prices for collection from our warehouse than for online purchases.

In exceptional cases, if an item in your order is out of stock, we will send the other goods first and ship any small missing items at our own expense as soon as possible.

Payment for goods

Choose an option in the shopping cart. You can choose from:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash for collection in person. There is no charge for collection in person, and product prices are the same as for online sales.

  • The standard warranty period is 2 years. If a product you receive is not suitable, we will be happy to exchange it.
  • You can pay either cash on delivery, by bank transfer, or in cash when collecting in person in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. If you are concerned about paying in advance by bank transfer, choose cash on delivery.
  • Delivery options include a courier for larger and heavier shipments, smaller shipments are sent by post. If you have a specific request, email us at [email protected]. You can also collect your order in person in Nové Mesto nad Váhom.
