Wiring for the NICE MC824HR10 control unit
The types of cables to use for each component in an operator setup with a NICE MC824HR10 control unit are listed in the following “shopping” list:
Minimum required:
- Control unit power supply: 3×1,5 mm2. If the power supply cable is longer than 30 m, use a larger one, for example 3 x 2,5 mm2
- Power supply for each motor: 3×1,5 mm2 (stranded)
- Encoder for each motor: 2×1 mm2 (stranded)
Optional accessories:
- BlueBus photocells:
- TX transmitter: 2×0,5 mm2
- RX receiver: 2×0,5 mm2
- Flashing light:
- for the light: 2×1 mm2
- for the antenna: shielded coaxial cable with an impedance of 50 Ohm (type RG58)
- Alternatively, a two-core cable (2x0,5 mm2) if you want to open it, for example, using a standard switch.
- Any other BlueBus accessories: 2×0,5 mm2. If the BlueBus cable is longer than 20m, use 2×1 mm2
