Adjustable hinges
Adjustable hinges are a great choice for mounting a swing gate. These are fairly robust hinges with a high load capacity. We divide these hinges into five types: screw-on with a locknut, weld-on with a locknut, masonry-mounted with a locknut, weld-on with a sleeve, and universal hinges with a long thread.
The size of each hinge is normally determined by its thread. Our adjustable hinges come in four sizes: M16, M18, M20 and M24.

Multi-part hinges with wings and lugs
For smaller gates and pedestrian gates, two- or three-part weld-on hinges can be used. They are available in a wide range of sizes, and hinges with lugs are also available in stainless steel (inox).
The double-action hinge, which lets a door open both outwards and inwards, is often requested. We offer this type of hinge in two sizes. The smaller one has a load capacity of 40kg and the larger one 55kg. Both are made of steel with a nickel finish.
Unusual hinges – pivot and offset hinges
In addition to the classic hinges mentioned above, we also recommend our less conventional bottom hinges. The bottom pivot hinge is usually welded on as the lower hinge for a swing gate. Ideally, pair it with its weld-on plate and use an adjustable weld-on bearing hinge as the upper hinge. This gives the gate an elegant hanging system.
Offset hinges for uphill-opening swing gates are an interesting option. They attach to a straight post so that the gate neatly closes off the driveway when shut. When opening, however, this type of hinge can lift the gate uphill.
Door closer
A door closer, technically known as a hydraulic (self-)closer, is suitable for interior and exterior doors up to 900mm long and weighing up to 60kg. You can adjust both the closing speed and the latching speed.
