Mechanisms for rotating louvers
Mechanisms for tilting aluminium slats in a pergola, on a terrace, or in a side screen. The slats rotate together in their brackets, so with one movement you can create more shade or allow more airflow. We offer mechanisms for both standalone and connected sections.
Can the rotating mechanisms be shortened?
Yes, but the method depends on the type of mechanism:
- Lever-operated aluminium mechanism and lever-operated steel mechanism have two levers, each controlling a group of six slats. To retain full functionality, they are therefore shortened in groups of approximately 50 cm. More precise shortening is possible, but some slats will no longer be operated together by a lever.
- Aluminium mechanism with a shared linkage can be adjusted much more precisely, by approximately one slat at a time, in increments of around 10 cm.
