Hinge plates
Adjustable hinge plates and hinge mounting plates are components used when installing hinges on gates.
Adjustable hinge plates allow the hinge position to be adjusted after installation, i.e. adjusting the clearance between the gate leaf and the post using a swivel nut, if the post shifts, for example due to frost.
Hinge mounting plates provide a solid mounting point for attaching a hinge to a post or wall. They are designed to be bolted or welded to the supporting structure.
