Flat ZN profiles
Key advantages: a well-designed, affordable infill system, high-quality finish, low weight and versatility.
Flat galvanized profiles are designed for infilling gates and fence panels. You can fasten the profiles directly to the gate frame (with screws, rivets or by welding), or use an auxiliary U-profile, that the infill profiles slide into, then fasten to a post or the gate frame – as shown in the image. If you also want to conceal the rivets or screws, you can optionally use a cover U-profile.
The spacing between profiles is adjustable, allowing you to create an open, semi-open or solid infill. There is no set maximum length for the infill, but we recommend using sections no longer than 4 m; longer profiles will flex and require reinforcement on the back.
