Type of slat fastening in the profile:
“Rectangular slats are installed vertically in a fastening profile with a width of 20.5 mm. The slats are 16 mm wide and available in various heights, allowing you to combine different heights and create interesting patterns.
Rhomboid slats are fastened at an angle in a 50 mm wide profile. The profile has a pre-milled groove where you can mark the spacing of the slats and secure them with screws.
Depending on their shape, the fastening profiles are intended for installation from the inside (U-profile) or from the front (UT, T with projection, L with projection) of the structure. With the U-profile, the slat is installed on the inner edge of the structure, while front installation is possible directly on the frame thanks to the projection.”

The slat width is 16 mm, and the heights vary. This allows different slat heights to be combined in the fastening profile to create a pattern.
For angled installation, rhomboid slats are inserted into a 50 mm wide profile. In the centre of the fastening profile there is a recessed groove where the spacing of the slats is marked and then secured with screws.
By choosing the spacing between the slats, an opaque or semi-transparent infill can be created.

Installation of rectangular slats with 20.5 mm U-profile

As a general rule, rectangular slats (board profiles) are installed vertically with a U-profile that is 20.5 mm wide.
Rectangular slats are predominantly anchored vertically in the fastening profile; the 20.5 mm profile is usually used for this purpose.
